We take anti-corruption compliance and our code of ethics seriously. We have 100-percent from our board of directors and senior management. Our Chief Compliance Officer and representatives of our senior management team are involved in the anti-corruption vetting process. As of September 2018, we implemented a cloud-based compliance system focused on anti-corruption risks (the “Compliance System”) whereby personnel and third-party candidates are vetted through this system. For an additional level of vetting, we use a third-party vendor.

Environmental Responsibility
